Statement reviewed: 21 October 2026.
We want managed-service-provider.co.uk to be usable when you compare services, read guidance or contact Proxar. This includes people who use a keyboard, screen reader, enlarged text or other assistive technology.
Our objective and assessment status
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We do not currently make a site-wide conformance claim. Automated accessibility scores do not establish that every page, form, calculator and download meets every relevant requirement.
A complete, current manual assessment covering those journeys is needed before we can give a conformance statement or a comprehensive list of limitations. We will update this page as testing identifies barriers and confirms fixes.
Making the website easier to use
Our design priorities include clear headings, meaningful links, readable contrast, visible keyboard focus, labelled form fields and layouts that remain usable when text is enlarged. Essential information should not depend only on colour, an image or a pointing device.
Calculators and interactive controls need to communicate their inputs and results clearly. Where you cannot use an interactive feature, contact us for help with the information or estimate you need.
Report a barrier or request another format
Email admin@proxar.co.uk, call 0203 196 6566, or write to Proxar Limited, Unit 1, 205 London Road, Sevenoaks, Kent TN13 1DW.
Tell us the page address, what you were trying to do and what stopped you. Browser, device or assistive-technology details can help, but you do not need to tell us your diagnosis or provide medical information. Include your preferred way for us to respond and any format or communication adjustment you need.
We will consider an accessible way to help and discuss the next steps with you. You do not have to use an inaccessible web form to report a problem with it.
External resources and updates
Linked vendor websites and documents are controlled by their publishers. Tell us if a resource we recommend is difficult to access so we can consider an alternative explanation or route. Accessibility remains part of our work when content and features change.
