Start with the decision, not the document
Tell us what is unresolved and what your team needs to move forward. That may be an investigation, a comparison, a design or a delivery plan. Agreeing the question first makes it easier to choose work that produces a useful answer.
Modern workplace consultancy looks at user journeys, applications and rollout requirements. Intune consultancy focuses on device management. Standardising laptops, for example, requires application and access decisions as well as a configuration profile.
Bring the right people into a network question
Network consultancy is a starting point when requirements cross platforms or the cause is uncertain. Cisco consultancy and Meraki consultancy provide more specific routes for those environments.
We establish what evidence and access are available, which suppliers need to be involved and what testing is permitted on production systems. A recommendation needs to reflect those constraints rather than assume the environment can be changed freely while the business is using it.

Make the recommendation lead somewhere
The engagement should explain its outputs, assumptions and decision points. Your team needs to know the next action and which unanswered questions could change the plan. That is more helpful than a technically impressive design with no clear route to approval or use.
Implementation, procurement and continuing support are separate responsibilities to agree. Advice can lead into delivery where required, but it should not quietly turn a focused review into an open-ended project.
