Turn business requirements into a Cisco or Meraki design with clear trade-offs, delivery assumptions and tests for the installed result.

Cisco and Meraki services
You might need advice on one network problem or a team to help from design through to ongoing support. Our Cisco and Meraki services cover those different stages without assuming they all belong in one project.

Work out the change before ordering equipment
For a defined technical question, start with Cisco consultancy or Meraki consultancy. For a broader design, explore Cisco enterprise designs or Meraki office designs.
The output should explain the business requirement and the dependencies behind the recommendation. An equipment list without site conditions, application traffic or an operating plan is not a complete brief. It is worth resolving those questions while changes are still on paper.
Make the purchase fit the installation
Procurement covers equipment, licences and the supporting components needed by the design. Upgrades addresses preparation, replacement work and acceptance in an existing network.
For an office expansion, extra access points may also need cabling, power, switch capacity and licence changes. Decide who handles those dependencies before booking installation. A delivered box is only useful when the site, configuration and people are ready for it.

Decide who will run the network afterwards
Management options helps you compare the ownership and responsibility models. The Cisco and Meraki management service explains the technical operating work in more detail.
Handover should include administrative access, configuration records and a clear route for reporting faults. Ongoing care needs to be agreed separately from a successful installation, even when the same provider delivers both.
Tell us where your work has reached. You may already have an approved design and need delivery help, or an existing network that needs a review. We can start at that point rather than repeat stages you have completed.
