24/7 IT support
When your business works beyond office hours, waiting until morning may not be an option for every incident. We can discuss the coverage you need around critical systems, authorised contacts and the suppliers involved.
An always-open reporting channel, continuous monitoring and an engineer investigating a fault are different commitments. The proposal must tell you which are provided.

Decide which incidents genuinely need overnight attention
Start with the activities running at night, over weekends or across time zones. Which failures stop a live business operation, and which requests can wait for the normal working day? A new software request does not necessarily need the same cover as an unavailable critical application.
The answer helps establish the systems and incident types that need out-of-hours assistance. It also gives your team a clear reason for using an urgent escalation route instead of sending every request through it.
Check the whole support chain, not just the first contact
A night-time application failure may need a software vendor whose contract only operates during the day. A carrier, a locked building or unavailable approval can also affect what the responding team is able to do.
We work through reporting channels, priority definitions, response commitments and authorised contacts. Remote access, change permissions and spending approval need to be ready too. Where a dependency cannot provide the required cover, the business needs to understand that before relying on the arrangement.

Prepare the information needed to act
Current contacts, relevant recovery procedures and access records make an urgent investigation more workable. Test the escalation route and decide how an overnight incident will be handed to the daytime team, including unresolved work and any temporary changes.
Response, investigation and restoration are different stages. The agreement should explain what each commitment measures and the limits created by the fault or other suppliers. It should not promise that every possible issue will be resolved immediately.
For continuous automated availability checks, see 24/7 network monitoring. Those checks can support an out-of-hours arrangement, but they do not establish human response coverage on their own.
Client experience
What our clients say
“The team are responsive, efficient and very friendly – no query too small and yet also able to handle more complex issues and provide appropriate solutions.”
Before you decide
Your questions, answered
Is every issue guaranteed to be fixed immediately?
No. The time and work needed depend on the fault, available access and supplier dependencies. We distinguish the initial response, investigation and recovery commitments in the proposed arrangement. An urgent reporting route should not be interpreted as a promise that every application, circuit or hardware fault has an immediate fix.
Does this cover routine requests outside office hours?
That depends on the service agreed. Critical incidents and routine administration can have different coverage, priorities and approval requirements. We work through the business activities that cannot wait so staff know when to escalate an incident and when a normal request should follow the usual process.
What happens if another supplier is unavailable overnight?
That limitation needs to be identified before the service is relied on. A software vendor or carrier may own a part of the recovery that Proxar cannot perform. We discuss the escalation and continuity options around those dependencies rather than assume one out-of-hours contact changes every other supplier’s obligations.
Is 24/7 monitoring enough for out-of-hours support?
No. Automated checks can continue without a person investigating at the same time. A support arrangement must specify the staffed coverage, alert or reporting route and authority to act. We discuss those separately so your business understands what happens after an overnight warning is raised.

Which IT problems cannot wait until morning?
Tell us when your business operates, the systems it relies on and the support contracts already in place. We will help you work through the human coverage and supplier dependencies an out-of-hours arrangement would need.
